David McCandless at <em>Information is Beautiful <\/em>includes snippets of each lawsuit, which is helpful for understanding the overall picture. The diagram differentiates between ongoing and finished lawsuits with different arrows, while the size of the cubes represents the various company\u2019s estimated revenue.
