In addition to the M-86 default groups, we had to block all the\u00a0<a title=\"ESPN\" href=\"http:\/\/espn.go.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ESPN<\/a> sites,\u00a0<a title=\"NCAA\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ncaa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NCAA<\/a> sites, and <a title=\"CBS\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cbs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CBS<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We also had a <a title=\"PacketShaper\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bluecoat.com\/products\/packetshaper\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PacketShaper<\/a> at our disposal and were doing to throttle streaming video, but there were legitimate users of streaming video.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A lot of this comes down to policy and discipline.\u00a0 Is watching NCAA hoops or soccer a business need?
