Skills needed in <a title=\"Detroit\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=42.3313888889,-83.0458333333&amp;spn=0.1,0.1&amp;q=42.3313888889,-83.0458333333%20%28Detroit%29&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">Motor City<\/a> are project management and experience with Oracle software.
