Met with wide range of staff, from District Superintendents to Board members to teachers and technicians to discuss technical issues. Additional responsibilities included: staffing, long-term planning, budget management, meeting documentation.  Reviewed existing staffing levels, bench-marked current levels against national trends and developed business case for additional staff, Reviewed resumes and participated in interviews and recommended staff for hiring. Developed and updated computer systems policies and procedures.
